1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo.

2. Is my payment secure?

Yes. Your shopping is 100% secure with us and the VeriSign Trusted logo on our homepage indicates this. Payment is taken through SagePay or Paypal and your card details are encrypted using a secure SSL server which protects your card information.

3. When do you charge me?

You will be charged once your order has been placed and we will send you a confirmation email at this point as well. You will then receive a further email once your goods have been despatched.

4. How long will delivery take?

Delivery is dependent on where you live but our standard terms are within 48 hours. For more information visit our Delivery and Returns page.

5. Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes. All parcels are given a unique tracking number and links to the couriers we use can be found on our Delivery and Returns page.

6. Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to Mainland UK, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland. We do have stockists worldwide, so if you would like to see a list for your area, please click here.

7. I've placed the wrong order, what do I do?

10. Will you share my details with anyone?

No. We will not pass your details on to any third party and you will only ever receive information from us or from organisations and associations we work with through us.

11. Do you attend any shows or events?

Yes. We attend a number of shows and events throughout the year and you can find details for each brand by following the Links page.

12. Can I sign up for an e-newsletter?

By signing up as a customer you will automatically join our mailing list. We will send you a monthly e-newsletter and you can also follow Dodson & Horrell and Chudleys on a day-to-day basis on Facebook.
